A small brand out of Sierra Madre.

Madre Supply Co. was started by Mike and Erin, a husband and wife living at the base of the San Gabriels. Our daughter is the sixth generation of our family to call this town home. We live in the same house her great-grandparents settled into in the 1950s, Nan and Jerry Carlton, who were named Older Citizens of the Year in 2012. Two generations before them, Florence E. Eakman, a published author and poet, put down the family's first roots here.

This town raised us. Mike grew up playing ball in Sierra Madre Little League and Pony, and we've spent years hiking the trails above town, a handful of them often enough to help keep them clear.

Our second love, after Sierra Madre, is Scotland. The middle-of-nowhere kind. A lot of that feeling ends up in what we make.

It's for the people who live here. Who grew up here and left, and still call it home. Who drove through on the way to the trail, and thought about coming back. Made for here.
