Production Time

All Madre Supply Co products are made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Times

After production, estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at madresupplyco@gmail.com. We will work with our fulfillment partners and the carrier to locate your package. Madre Supply Co is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order at cost.
